Refund Policy
Clear, fair conditions under which we issue refunds.

We want every client to be confident when ordering from Global Business Formation. This Refund Policy explains exactly when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Full Refund — Before Work Begins
If you change your mind before we have started the LLC filing or submitted any application on your behalf, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. Simply email hello@globalbusinessformation.com within 7 days of payment.
2. Partial Refund — After Work Has Started
Once your LLC has been filed with the state, the state filing fee, registered agent fee, and our processing time become non-refundable. Any remaining package components that have not yet been delivered (e.g., bank setup, Stripe setup) can be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Typical breakdown after LLC is filed:
- LLC filing & EIN portion: non-refundable once filed
- Bank, Stripe, Wise, Payoneer setups: refundable if not yet started
- Add-ons (US phone, address, bookkeeping): refundable if not yet activated
3. Bank or Gateway Rejection
Decisions on bank and payment-gateway approval are made by those third parties, not by us. If your application is declined:
- We will resubmit or pursue an alternative provider at no additional cost
- If, after reasonable effort, no banking or gateway solution can be set up for your specific business, we will refund the portion of your fee allocated to that component
4. Money-Back Guarantee on LLC Formation
If, despite our best efforts, your LLC cannot be successfully formed (for example, due to a state rejecting your filing for reasons beyond your control), we will refund 100% of the LLC formation fee.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You provided false, misleading, or incomplete information that caused the service to fail
- You changed your mind after the LLC has already been filed
- The service has been fully delivered as described
- You used the LLC or gateway accounts for activity that violates the provider's terms of service
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@globalbusinessformation.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The full name and email on the original order
- The package you purchased and the date
- The reason for the refund request
We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method.
