3. Client Responsibilities
To complete your service, you agree to:

- Use the services only for lawful business activities
- Comply with all applicable laws in the United States and in your country of residence
- Promptly review and respond to communications, document requests, and verification requirements from us or the banks/gateways
Providing false or misleading information may result in service termination without refund, and may also lead to legal consequences with the relevant authorities.
4. Third-Party Services
Many components of our packages — banks (Mercury, Relay), payment gateways (Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, Square, Airwallex), and government agencies (state offices, IRS) — are independent third parties. Approval and ongoing service is at the sole discretion of those parties. We optimize your applications for the highest likelihood of approval but cannot guarantee any third-party outcome.
5. Fees and Payment
All service fees are payable in advance, in US dollars, via the payment methods we accept. Government and registered-agent fees are typically included in our quoted price; if any third-party fee is excluded, we will disclose it before purchase.
6. Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
